Whipsmart is a writing application for authors, poets, and essayists, currently in pre-launch. We're collecting email addresses to notify interested users when we launch in June 2026.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Any writing or content you create using Whipsmart belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your work.

You agree not to misuse our services — including attempting to access systems without authorization, uploading harmful content, or using Whipsmart for any unlawful purpose.

Whipsmart is provided "as is" during the pre-launch period. We make no warranties about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whipsmart and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Right now, the only personal information we collect is your email address when you sign up to be notified about our launch. We don't collect any other data during the pre-launch period.

We use your email address solely to notify you when Whipsmart launches and to send occasional updates about the product. We will never sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.
